Fighting back against propaganda, excuses, and bad faith
To the People of the United States of America,
We can expect specific Bad Faith questions and assertions to arise. These are the simplest and most easily regurgitated. Thankfully they are easily disproven by constitutional definitions alone:
1) Treason requires an investigation and trial before removal. It does not, Treason is the only expressly defined crime in the Constitution, in fact the words "every person so convicted of treason" were omitted as redundant in 1940.
Such absolute clarity of the definition of the Treason makes Treasonous actions beyond debate, as far as removal of power is concerned. While courts have consistently declined to put limits on the President's Pardoning discretion, the wording of the Ch18 U.S. Code §2381 is undeniably clear and further failure by anyone owing an oath of allegiance to the United States to pursue purposeful acts of Treason to the fullest extent possibly risks violating Ch18 U.S. Code §2384 Seditious Conspiracy.
The historical failure to hold Treasonous actors accountable does not set precedence for the Unconstitutional failure to pursue Treasonous action. Prosecution is not optional, Code §2381 clearly states
“shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.”
Shall does not leave room for choice.
The TEN COUNTS OF TREASON committed by Donald Trump on 1/20/2025 are beyond doubt. He gave enemies aid and comfort via means of Presidential Pardon, and such form of Treason can only be accomplished by the President of the United States of America. Further proving guilt are the fact(s) that
Donald J Trump was the President at the time of the pardons.
Donald J Trump acted with forethought as shown by ignoring the advice of others including the advice of then-Vice President Vance. It took place in front of the nation, at his inauguration, and transmitted those Treasonous actions across the globe.
Donald J Trump pardoned ten convicted Seditionist.
The above observed facts prove Donald J Trump committed TEN COUNTS OF TREASON as defined by Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381. He has, for better or worse, admitted guilt by action alone as his signature represents the Treasonous act. Furthermore, this treason is undeniable without violating Codes §2381, §2382, and §2384.
