To the People of the United States of America,

Title 18, U.S.C., 1940 ed. §2381. Treason: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

This letter is neither exaggeration nor hyperbole, it is not opinion, this is merely the civic duty expected of any US citizen. I beg that you not just read but reflect upon the words in this letter.

To those unaware, on January 20th, 2025. President Trump provided “aid and comfort” to at least TEN individuals who were who were indicted by a Grand Jury and found guilty of Seditious Conspiracy as defined in Ch18 U.S. Code §2384.

By extending a pardon to the following convicted seditionists

1) Meggs, Connie

2) Rhodes, Elmer Stewart

3) Watkins, Jessica

4) Minuta, Roberto

5) Vallejo, Edward

6) Hackett, Joseph

7) Moerschel, David

8) Greene, Michael

9) Enrique Tarrio

10) Meggs, Kelly

President Donald J Trump did willingly “adhere to our enemies” comprised of individuals that had “opposed the authority thereof and by force to prevent, hider, or delay the execution of” the 2020 Electoral College tabulation; and in doing so, then-President Donald J Trump with forethought, against the advice of others, in front of the nation, and transmitted across the globe, committed TEN COUNTS OF TREASON as defined by Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381, which immediately ended his Presidency.

Just for clarity's sake, the legal definition of aid is “Strengthening enemies of the United States or weakening its power to resist and attack those enemies.”

This is not to state that all January 6th convicts are enemies. just those convicted of Seditious Conspiracy. Seditious conspirators

“conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof,”

You literally cannot be more “enemy” than the above definition. Which sadly means, that at least 10 of the 1,500 January 6th prisoners were, in fact, enemies of the United States due to their conviction by a Grand Jury of their peers on charges of Seditious Conspiracy 2384.

To further protect our Republic, all citizens are reminded that those owing an allegiance to the United States or those having sworn an oath to this Nation must fulfill their duty and remove Donald J Trump from office. Anyone with such allegiances attempting to forestall the removal of those guilty of Treason are themselves guilty of Misprision of Treason as defined in Ch18 U.S. Code §2382. A Coordinated effort by the Judicial Branch staff choosing to allow Treason to go unpunished would be in violation of §2384 Seditious Conspiracy.

As Trump has committed no less than TEN COUNTS OF TREASON, violating Ch18 U.S. Code § 2382 or § 2384 would provide “aid and comfort” to a traitor while helping an ineligible individual remain in office, which would be a treasonous act in violation of Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381.

You need not fear repeating the rights and laws listed in the Constitution, nor demanding those rights and laws be upheld by those who have sworn and oath to or owing allegiance to the Constitutional Republic of the United States of America.

Those 9 letters support the Constitutionally grounded removal of Donald J Trump from the Executive Office on 10 COUNTS of TREASON.
