To Senators and Representatives of the 119th Congress

Senator or Representative,

With respect, I truly apologize for the moral, ethical, and Constitutional implications of this letter. The actions from you and your colleagues will likely define whether the United States of America continues to exist. This is not hyperbole; this is the seriousness of the Constitutional crisis we MAY find ourselves in, IF you do not follow your Oath of Office.

I regret to inform you that the United States of America has been operating Unconstitutionally since January 20th, 2025. President Trump provided “aid and comfort” to at least TEN individuals who were convicted by a Grand Jury for Seditious Conspiracy as defined in Ch18 U.S. Code §2384.

By extending a pardon to the following convicted seditionists

  • 1) Meggs, Connie

  • 2) Rhodes, Elmer Stewart

  • 3) Watkins, Jessica

  • 4) Minuta, Roberto

  • 5) Vallejo, Edward

  • 6) Hackett, Joseph

  • 7) Moerschel, David

  • 8) Greene, Michael

  • 9) Enrique Tarrio

  • 10) Meggs, Kelly

President Donald J Trump did willingly “adhere to our enemies” comprised of individuals that had “opposed the authority thereof and by force to prevent, hider, or delay the execution of” the 2020 Electoral College tabulation; and in doing so, then-President Donald J Trump with forethought, against the advice of others including his own Vice President, in front of the nation and transmitted across the globe committed TEN COUNTS OF TREASON  as defined by Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381, which immediately ended his Presidency and Transferred power to President Vance.

The remedy to this situation is quite simple, the immediate removal of ex-President Trump from unconstitutionally commanding the Executive Branch so he may stand trial for sentencing; and the swearing-in of the 48th President of the United States of America, President Vance.

Before deciding on next steps, it must be stated that if not IMMEDIATELY taking the necessary actions laid out in Ch18 U.S. Code §2382 Misprision of Treason Senators and Representatives will be guilty of Misprision of Treason. If two individuals, in collaboration, delay or attempt to stop the Constitutionally required removal of ex-President Trump from the Office of the President they will be violating Ch18 U.S. Code §2384 Seditious Conspiracy. Considering that Donald Trump committed TEN ACTS OF TREASON, anyone owing allegiance to the United States “adhering to” his wishes or “giving (him) aid and comfort” after being informed of said acts or Treason, they will have violated Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381 and be guilty of Treason themselves.

Pay special attention to those directly surrounding ex-President Trump. To retain power, some may violate §2382 Misprision of Treason as part of a §2384 Seditious Conspiracy.

Over the next few days, United Staes Citizens will fulfil their civic duty by spreading the necessary information to defend the Constitution and uphold Oaths of Office. In one unequivocal voice, the People of the United States of America will defend itself against such blatant acts of Treason; and that in such moments we can set our partisan differences aside and show both ourselves and the world that we still can stand undivided.

A United States Citizen & Patriot
