President Vance,

It brings me no joy to fulfill the civic duty expressly ordered in Ch18 U.S. Code §2382, defining Misprision of Treason, by notifying US President Vance that on January 20th 2025, Donald J Trump violated Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381 by committing no less than TEN COUNTS OF TREASON and is no longer eligible to hold office and must face trial for sentencing.

On January 20th, 2025, President Trump provided aid and comfort to individuals indicted by a Grand Jury and found guilty of Seditious Conspiracy against the United States of America. As a reminder, Ch 18 U.S. Code § 2384, defining Seditious Conspiracy, states

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States,”

By extending a pardon to seditionists

  • 1) Meggs, Connie

  • 2) Rhodes, Elmer Stewart

  • 3) Watkins, Jessica

  • 4) Minuta, Roberto

  • 5) Vallejo, Edward

  • 6) Hackett, Joseph

  • 7) Moerschel, David

  • 8) Greene, Michael

  • 9) Enrique Tarrio

  • 10) Meggs, Kelly

While courts have consistently declined to put limits on the president's discretion, the wording of Ch18 U.S. Code §2381 defining Treason is undeniably clear. President Donald J Trump adhered to our enemies” comprised of individuals that had opposed the authority thereof and by force to prevent, hider, or delay the execution of” the 2020 Electoral College tabulation; and in doing so, then-President Donald J Trump with forethought, against the advice of others, in front of the nation, and transmitted across the globe, committed TEN COUNTS OF TREASON  as defined by Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381. His guilt is beyond doubt and therefor, you, JD Vance, are the 48th President of the United States.

President Vance, now that you have been made aware of Donald J Trump’s TEN COUNTS OF TREASON on 1/20/2025 making him no longer eligible to hold office. You must remove him immediately.

Failure to do so on your part will violate §2382, and if purposeful §2384, which would leave you ineligible of maintaining the Office of the President, effectively ending the shortest Presidential administration in United States history. While removal for Treason does not require the 25th Amendment, this will likely be the simplest way to achieve the necessary results of

  • 1) Allowing Donald J Trump to stand trial for sentencing on his TEN COUNTS OF TREASON

  • 2) Returning the Office of the President to the People

It should not need to be said that the complete collapse of this administration’s constitutional right to hold executive office could result in civil unrest and all possible actions must be exercised to reach a Constitutional conclusion to a sitting President committing TEN COUNTS OF TREASON.

I have done my duty, President Vance. The toughest duty is now yours.

Thank you and Godspeed,

Those 9 letters support the Constitutionally grounded removal of Donald J Trump from the Executive Office on 10 COUNTS of TREASON.
