It is with heavy heart I write to inform you that on January 20th, 2025, President Trump provided “aid and comfort” to at least NINE individuals who had been indicted by a Grand Jury and found guilty for Seditious Conspiracy as defined in Ch 18 U.S. Code §2384,

“If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States,”.

While courts have consistently declined to put limits on the President's discretion, the wording of the Ch18 U.S. Code §2381 is undeniably clear and by extending a pardon to the following convicted seditionists

  • 1) Meggs, Connie

  • 2) Rhodes, Elmer Stewart

  • 3) Watkins, Jessica

  • 4) Minuta, Roberto

  • 5) Vallejo, Edward

  • 6) Hackett, Joseph

  • 7) Moerschel, David

  • 8) Greene, Michael

  • 9) Enrique Tarrio

  • 10) Meggs, Kelly

President Donald J Trump did willingly “adhered to our enemies” comprised of individuals that had “opposed the authority thereof and by force to prevent, hider, or delay the execution of” the 2020 Electoral College tabulation; and in doing so, then-President Donald J Trump with forethought, against the advice of others including his own VP, in front of the nation, and transmitted across the globe committed TEN COUNTS OF TREASON  as defined by Ch18 U.S. Code § 2381. His guilt is beyond doubt.

Therefore, Ex-President Donald J Trump is no longer eligible to hold the office of the President and is not the President of the United States of America. JD Vance is the 48th and current President of the United States of America and Commander-in-Chief of the United States Military.

Every individual under Executive Control has been following unconstitutional orders issued by ex-President Donald J Trump. In accordance with Ch18 U.S. Code §2382, defining Misprision of Treason

“Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason”.

meaning anyone having taken an oath to protect the Constitution must follow the directions expressly ordered in Ch18 U.S. Code §2382 by informing a Federal Judge or President JD Vance of Donald J Trump's TEN COUNTS OF TREASON until he is so removed. Those tasked with the defense of the Executive Office must remove the illegal occupier and return the Office to the People by instating President Vance.

However, if you believe that and are able to prove President Vance has violated Ch18 U.S. Code §2382, defining Misprision of Treason, it will be necessary to follow the line of succession until an individual that has maintained their Oath of Office can be sworn in.

I can only hope that we find solace in knowing we are Constitutionally bound to take steps necessary to fulfill our oath and that such actions are the very soul of patriotism.

I wish you clear skies, full sails, and decent rations.

Those 9 letters support the Constitutionally grounded removal of Donald J Trump from the Executive Office on 10 COUNTS of TREASON.
